Built on Pepsi’s core message “Har Sip Mei Swag”, the ad channeled Ranveer Singh–level energy while experimenting with AI-driven storytelling. From writing the rap to composing the music, designing the visuals, and animating the narrative, every layer was owned end-to-end. At its heart, this wasn’t just about selling a sip of cola. It was about owning swag as a cultural language and creating a new way for brands to merge music, tech, and street culture.

This project reimagined the ancient art of Kabuki theatre as a modern matcha ritual — blending cultural heritage, cinematic storytelling, and Gen Z lifestyle. Built on the core idea “Worth the Drama”, the launch film positioned Kabuki Matcha not as just a drink, but as a performance-worthy experience. The narrative mirrored two worlds: the precision of a Kabuki performer preparing for stage, and the ritual of a modern protagonist whisking matcha at home. From the opening curtain to the final blackout and reveal, every frame was designed to feel like theatre — turning a simple daily ritual into a dramatic performance of culture, craft, and calm.

This concept film transforms one of Bollywood’s most iconic villains into a modern fashion critic. Set in the rustic Sholay universe, the ad reimagines Gabbar Singh interrogating his crew. With dialogues like “कितने स्टाइल थे?” and a whip cracking near a terrified dacoit clutching AJIO boxes, the film fuses 70s cinema with 2025 ecommerce wit. Each frame was crafted like a storyboard panel — belt swings, dust swirls, zoom-ins, and fourth-wall breaks were all deliberately designed. Fashion becomes tension, comedy becomes CTA. Created using AI tools (for visuals, characters, and scene moodboards), the project showcases how pop culture, brand storytelling, and new-gen workflows can produce scroll-stopping content. At its heart, this isn't just a parody — it's a tribute to iconic cinema repurposed to sell modern style.
